This website and the reader in it collect nothing about you.

What the site does not do

No accounts, no sign-in and no forms.
No cookies, no analytics or visitor counting, no advertising and no third-party scripts. Every page's security policy allows scripts, styles and fonts only from this site.

Your choice of theme, and in the reader your notes, bookmarks, reading settings, flashcard progress and tasbīḥ count. They are kept in your browser's storage on your device, are never sent anywhere, and no one else can see them, the author included. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them; the reader's Export button saves a copy first.
An offline copy. After your first visit your browser keeps the site's pages and the reader so they open without a connection. It holds the book, nothing about you, and clearing the site's data removes it too.

Read aloud uses the voices your device or browser provides. Your device's own voices work on the device; some browsers also offer online voices, which send the text being read to the browser maker's servers.

The site is served by Cloudflare. As with any website, Cloudflare's servers receive the technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser, in order to deliver the page and protect the site; Cloudflare's privacy policy covers that. The author sees only Cloudflare's aggregate totals, never individual visitors.
